JOB SUMMARY:
Lead negotiator on all new Business Initiatives. Negotiate contracts with a wide array of organizations, customers and suppliers.
JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Lead negotiator on agreements with potential customers who want to participate in the Innovatix program.
-Responsible for maintaining and reviewing all Innovatix co-GPO and rebate agreements.
-Work with staff to enhance key customer relationships through corporate initiatives.
-Lead negotiator on agreements with local, regional and state non-acute care associations that want to participate in Innovatix program.
-Responsible for organizing and responding to all customer RFPs for GPO services.
-Work with sales division in signing key commercial customers to the GPO program
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-MBA with a minimum of 7 years of healthcare experience
-Extensive knowledge of the non-acute care marketplace
-Must be familiar with industry changes & how they impact this marketplace
-Strong organization, time management, prioritization skills in handling multiple projects
-Strong verbal, written and analytical skills; outstanding interpersonal skills
-Thorough working knowledge of MS Office 2003
-Mandatory travel up to 3 days a week
